Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Des Moines, IA)

Westbrook Hollow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Des Moines, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
