Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Des Moines, IA)

Bluepeak Rowan Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Des Moines, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
