Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Oak Care Services supports families and individuals in Cleveland with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
