Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Care Services and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be clinic nursing. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
