Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Cedar Health runs clinics and patient services around Buffalo. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
