Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Lakeside Care Services supports families and individuals in Boston with personal care and coordination, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
