Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Stonegate West Care Services and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be clinic nursing. You would join a large organisation of about 637 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication.
