Registered Nurse - claims review (remote)

Foxglove Lantern Insurance is a national health insurer with more than 1,000 employees. We are hiring a full-time registered nurse to review medical claims and prior-authorisation requests, working from home anywhere in the South. What you will do • Review requests against clinical guidelines and policy criteria. • Speak with providers about missing information and alternatives. • Document decisions clearly and escalate complex cases to physicians. What we are looking for • Active RN licence and two or more years of clinical experience. • Experience in utilisation review or case management is a plus. Full-time, remote.
