Registered Nurse - care coordination (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Willow Pharma Partners and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on clinical studies with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
