Registered Nurse - care coordination (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Cobalt Medical is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • BLS/ACLS certification.
