Registered Nurse - care coordination (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Quill Health Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on clinic supplies with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • BLS/ACLS certification.
