Registered Nurse - care coordination (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Wichita, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
