Registered Nurse - care coordination (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Cedar Summit Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
