Registered Nurse - care coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Timber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Virginia Beach, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
