Registered Nurse - care coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Linden Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on food costs with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
