Registered Nurse - care coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bright Medical Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 750 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
