Registered Nurse - care coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
