Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Tulsa, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on batch records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
