Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tulsa, OK)

Bright North Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 749 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
