Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Bright Early Learning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
