Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Ridge Pharma is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 702 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on batch records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
