Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Wilder Insurance is an insurance company in Tucson with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
