Registered Nurse - care coordination (Toledo, OH)

Summit River Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Toledo, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
