Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Willow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tampa, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
