Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
