Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Tampa, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
