Registered Nurse - care coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in St. Louis. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 633 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
