Registered Nurse - care coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Lantern Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around St. Louis. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
