Registered Nurse - care coordination (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Spokane area. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
