Registered Nurse - care coordination (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Health Partners and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
