Registered Nurse - care coordination (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Pike Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
