Registered Nurse - care coordination (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Amber Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Savannah. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
