Registered Nurse - care coordination (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Medical is a San Jose company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
