Registered Nurse - care coordination (San Diego, CA)

Fernwood Drift Hospitality is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
