Registered Nurse - care coordination (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone North Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
