Registered Nurse - care coordination (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around San Diego. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
