Registered Nurse - care coordination (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Diego. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
