Registered Nurse - care coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
