Registered Nurse - care coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Drift Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on housekeeping schedules with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
