Registered Nurse - care coordination (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Haven Medical and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
