Registered Nurse - care coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Corner Learning Group is an education provider in Salt Lake City serving students and families, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
