What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on licensing with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence.
