Registered Nurse - care coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Umber Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Salt Lake City, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
