Registered Nurse - care coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Cedar Health Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 835 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
