Registered Nurse - care coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar Summit Insurance is an insurance company in Sacramento with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
