Registered Nurse - care coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Sacramento. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
