Registered Nurse - care coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Summit Pharma Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
