Registered Nurse - care coordination (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Sparrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Rochester area, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Support work on guest bookings with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
