Registered Nurse - care coordination (Richmond, VA)

Bright Pike Early Learning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
