Registered Nurse - care coordination (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Insurance Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 778 people based in Reno. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with catastrophe response.
